I still have a lot going on, I’m actively seeking a therapist to help me through my issues so I can be a better version of myself. I’ve done a lot of work already to stop allowing myself to let my depression rule my life and so for that, I am proud of who I have become this year.

I’m having a good time taking vacations, drinking my little lemon honey water, stretching most mornings, and finally creating a wardrobe I feel wonderful in.
