Here’s the HEEBOO playbook:
Year 1: Launch the platform this fall with @Claynosaurz. Test everything. Learn what works, fix what doesn’t, and start onboarding a curated group of creators with serious fan potential. We already have about a dozen lined up, ranging from AAA directors to indie creators we think are on the verge of breaking out.
From there, we improve the creator tools, get better at identifying what’s working, and eventually open HEEBOO to everyone.
The goal is to become a meaningful part of the $3B+ annual fan-funding market. Every project funded through HEEBOO directs 10% of its raise toward purchasing $HEEBOO for that project’s fan reward pool.
Year 2: Start opening the ecosystem to partners. Studios, toy companies and others looking for creators, IP and real fan demand can tap into the network using $HEEBOO.
This is also when Fan Intelligence becomes a commercial product. Real participation creates real data around what people actually care enough to support. That intelligence becomes more valuable as more creators and communities join.
Long term: We want to build the rails that let fans go from backers to actual owners in the IP they helped build. That means regulated equity participation and obviously depends on where regulation goes.
So how do we get there?
Give fans something permanent for showing up early. Let communities own the data they create. Bring thousands of small fan networks together so attention starts to aggregate instead of disappearing across a million feeds.
Then use that network to find and grow more and more great IPs.
Nic Cabana on why Solana was the best choice to build an entertainment brand.
"Also we are an entertainment brand, we need to be able to provide cool experiences for normies."
"And when they click a button and it takes 10-15 secs and they have to pay gas, that's not an experience for the normies."
"Our thesis was no matter what, down the line if we are successful at what we do, claynosaurz collectibles will have value not because their on eth, solana, sui or wherever."
"They'll have value because they are Claynosaurz collectibles."

I haven't taken much, or any really, time to digest everything that's happened in the last few months. (I realize I didn't even tweet a big message about Prime Video and what our content going up on really meant to me, as a person, having gone through so much shit in this space and being perpetually in startup and defence mode.) I don't celebrate wins much, it's always what next, what now, and how do we go even bigger? You go as high as the bar you set.
But holy shit, we've achieved things. Web3 is an incredible place. It's noisy, yes, but it's a place for dreamers, and by extension, crazy people that have a pulse on the future other's can't quite discern yet. It's punk and counter culture.
We were told so often that "we can't do this" "this isn't gonna work" and "I don't get it". Because it's unfamiliar territory, and that's uncomfortable for bystanders. Being a founder is all about leaning into discomfort, welcoming the trials, and leveling up. It's much easier when you have a die-hard community that begins to see the light and believes in your mission.
We've done insane things at @Claynosaurz. We will continue to do insane things at Claynos. We've challenged a status quo. And we will be a best-in-class community-driven collectibles entertainment brand for the digital age.
In just a day, the ecosystem has supported us in ways I don't even know how to react to right now. Over $1.1m to get this next adventure started. Your belief in us is fuel. Thank you, over and over. There is no finish line, and I think you know that about us.
You better believe we will do incredible, industry shifting things with HEEBOO. I am so turbo bullish on the possibilities that platform will create, and our trajectory. I am so bullish on the creator economy, because we live it ourselves, it's our story, in a way that's much more intimate and aligned, and that is where the future goes when legacy companies are dis-intermediated.
There is no Hollywood if it does not monopolize artists, fans and creators: there are simply content & entertainment creators. And they go wherever tf they choose. And they will build fan constellations as a moat. And those fans will also be builders, ambassadors, enjoyers, collectors, buyers, sellers, ideators. Participants. And that deserves alignment. That will be the only way forward. And that is the great promise of web3. A redistribution of power.
Higher.

Nice first 24 hours of $HEEBOO launch pool. I’ll take it $968K is a good start.
That’s not mere coincidence or hype. That’s reaping the effort of years of constant work and dedication.
Now we take it to the next level.
