I really need to disconnect all my services and transactions with @UBAGroup @Uba_caresHQ this is the worst experience I've had with them so far and I never want it to happen again. A bank that cannot protect my money is not a bank at all.

Customers’ funds are not safe if this is how UBA systems operate.

How is ₦45,000 removed from my account via your app when I DO NOT even have access to the app on that account?

My ATM card isn’t working, yet money is disappearing through a channel I never used.

This is not just an error — this is a serious security breach.
