Strongly considering bringing back the podcast from hiatus. If we did it’d be with less frequency (bi-weekly) but our social media pages will provide all the sports & entertainment coverage you’ll need. We’re on Facebook & Instagram as well @cakestalk

@Caleb_D15 The problem in Boston is we as fans develop an emotional connection to players cause our fan base is so great but once we let them go everyone throws a fit. We weren’t winning a damn thing for with IT and upper level management knew that

[Hot Cakes & Hot Takes Sports Talk @CakesTalk]

Isaiah Thomas claiming the Celtics would’ve won a championship if he never left. Laughable. He’s not better than Terry Rozier or Marcus Smart. He got EXPOSED in the postseason. There’s no room for him on this team. The Nuggets literally took him out of the rotation 😂

@G2griff @SgmMuncher Listen I respect everything he did for Boston. But come postseason time we were never going to win with a 5’9 unathletic PG. People need to stop living in the past. Right now I am taking both Smart and Rozier over him. They bring way more to the table. IT needs to move on.

@SgmMuncher Thinking about doing an emergency podcast in Philly this weekend. I’ll be sending out a bunch of tweets with our March Madness predictions along with putting them on our Instagram story as well. If you have any questions send them our way tho we’d be happy to answer them!!

Why does LeBron get hated on so much? He’s literally a pioneer for the game of basketball, a huge social injustice advocate, and he builds schools for inner city children. Yet NBA executives wanna talk shit. Doesn’t make sense.

[Hot Cakes & Hot Takes Sports Talk @CakesTalk]

@SgmMuncher Been pretty busy as of late haven’t been able to meet up with Houdie. We’ll be back next weekend. We apologize for the month hiatus.

Gotta throw some respect on Trae Youngs name. All he heard earlier this season was Luka, Luka, Luka and how the trade on draft day is gonna go down as one of the worst ever. He heard that. Now he’s doing something about it. Can’t help but see a lot of Curry in his game 👀

[Hot Cakes & Hot Takes Sports Talk @CakesTalk]

Why isn’t anyone talking about the fact that the @warriors called @gordonhayward a liability and he went out last night and punched them in the mouth in their city? Put some RESPECT on his name ✊🏻

[Hot Cakes & Hot Takes Sports Talk @CakesTalk]

@Jesse_Molin Did you look at his high school schedule? They almost beat Bishop Gorman. A team that’s won 8 straight 4A state titles in Nevada. Shabazz Muhammad, Zack Collins, CJ Watson notable alums.

Why she sitting second level? 😂

Playoff Bron had @rihanna hyped at Staples Center last night 😂 https://t.co/Y8j9D5todB

[Hot Cakes & Hot Takes Sports Talk @CakesTalk]

The best article I’ve seen since the release. Goes into detail about what actually happened at the spas. https://t.co/Fk0YLbFC0L

[Hot Cakes & Hot Takes Sports Talk @CakesTalk]

The only problem I have with Marcus Smart is that he thinks he’s better than he actually is. Tries to do too much sometimes. You’re a fucking role player. That’s it.

[Hot Cakes & Hot Takes Sports Talk @CakesTalk]

@RyBoi32 See the defense argument is just a cop out. Plus he retired in 08 😂 he’s a career 29% 3 point shooter and 65% free throw shooter. Guy is broke. Accolades & statistically they’re all on the same page. Don’t over hype a guy cause he was on an iconic college team.

[Hot Cakes & Hot Takes Sports Talk @CakesTalk]

@RyBoi32 I feel like every guy who was decent and retired a little bit ago all of sudden gets this old school swag “he was great man y’all don’t know” over-hype. He was no better than Lamarcus Aldridge. Kyle Lowry has the same amount of All-Stars. Let’s chill.
