The Chat Bot AI will now send an error message when trying to use it in a server where it has not been enabled rather than silently failing.

In preparation for White Label bots, we've migrated @CakeyBot to a dockerized container system. We've fixed most of the issues we ran into but there could still be a few issues/bugs. Please report any bugs or issues that you notice over the next week so we can get them fixed!
