@Thermador I call and schedule a support visit and tell you it’s the same problem you fixed before and to make sure you bring the parts since last time I was out of a fridge for a month+. Now your guy shows up with no parts to fix the same problem

@Thermador please help, I have a baby and a toddler and have been out of a fridge for over a month and it’s brand new. Two visits and keep saying need parts. This is not acceptable! SO#2771042445
