Today we celebrated our Year End liturgical celebration and our Grade 6 Farewell! We will miss our grade 6 class but know they are leaving us to go change the world, making it a better place!
Tonight we are blessed to be able to attend the Road to Joy YONA concert! Our students, along with others, sure know how to put on a great show! Today we celebrate 10 years of YONA, which first was started at St. Teresa of Calcutta school.

We are very blessed to be able to participate in a Writer's in Residency program with Karen Filewych! This past Thursday, Karen presented a professional learning opportunity for our staff, and on Jan. 30th, our students will begin their writing! @KarenFilewych
We are so grateful! Santa and some of his elves, with the help of many donors, came to give each student a gift, bag of candy, and balloon animal. It was wonderful to see the joy on our students' faces! Merry Christmas!
Our very talented students performed their Christmas concert last Thursday. The sounds of their beautiful voices singing, Orff instruments and handbells playing filled out school with joy. It was amazing!
Our grade 1 students had a very exciting day! Lafarge brought some snowplows to school. Students were able to go inside, honk the horn, and write their name in the snowplow! The students were talking about this all day long!
Thank you to the Knights of Columbus for their very generous donation of new winter coats! Many of our students will appreciate the warm jackets this winter!

Today was Orange Shirt Day at school. Students wrote prayers, learned Cree words, listened to stories, and made orange bracelets in honour of Truth and Reconciliation.
