@KendraJJacobs Unfortunately have experience here. Cold packs helped calm nerve pain and any massage/pressure was terrible. Stretches to open up sacroiliac joints and sleeping on side with pillow between legs. Such a nasty thing. Anti inflammatory meds help as well.
