We can do a lot more together than we can apart.
The day we give up on trying to unite around shared values will be the day darkness begins to win - but today is not that day.

In your work or personal relationships - taking accountability for your mistakes is the key to developing healthy relationships.
In my work with executive leaders (& in my own life), this is the biggest obstacle in relationships.

As the dad of two daughters, I'm proud of my client Amanda Matthews for speaking to the UN in NYC on Sunday, "Women must be present in board rooms and courtrooms, in hospitals, in research, and in governments so women are making critical decisions that affect women."
"In a time when women’s voices are being silenced, we must speak – about agency, about safety, about poverty, about reproductive rights," Amanda Matthews said. https://t.co/DwjGcp1Ksz
Building a better future isn’t going to be accomplished by burning all the bridges.
It’s going to take compassion for our neighbors, calling out the best in each other & suffocating the hatred in our own hearts.

Building consensus is good leadership.
When someone decides to lead by dividing and sowing fear, our choice is in how we respond.

Public schools are the backbone of our democracy, providing a free and unbiased education for KY’s kids. Unlike private religious schools, which often engage in indoctrination without accountability, public schools work tirelessly every day under public scrutiny.
Transparency is essential. If you want to know how tax dollars are spent, the information is available online—it's required by law.
Public schools encourage questions at every board meeting, where elected officials are accountable to the community. We don’t need wealthy outsiders from outside KY influencing our narratives with misleading mailers.
The facts are accessible. Let’s stand strong in support of our public education system, the foundation of our society. Vote No on 2. @KASAEdLeader #LoveKYPublicSchools
I haven’t built anything by myself.
Nothing about me is self-made.
Everything I have accomplished is all because someone gave me a chance.
