I had a meeting today with the VA. After having to file a supplemental claim and a higher level review, I was offered an informal conference. During our discussion, it became apparent the rater at the VA during my initial claim phase did not review or read my records. However, I

received this comment: “ummm you have so much evidence they were trying to deny you”. Yet, if I filed for assistance or or any other government program it would be approved. Nothing breaks my heart more than hearing the VA rater mention:
