❗️HIRED❗️Congrats to former Wildcats David Osborn and Josh Mawhorr on both getting hired as head coaches with historic NAIA programs.

Osborn was recently announced as the new head coach for the Bethel Pilots, a conference foe in the Crossroads League. He was an assistant coach for Indiana Wesleyan for 6 years and most recently served as the head coach at Trinity Christian.

Mawhorr has been named the head coach at College of the Ozarks, where he previously served as an assistant in 2023-24. He is coming from 2 years on staff with Baylor in the Big 12. A former player for IWU, he won a national championship in 2016 in his senior season.

Grateful to have led Trinity Hoops (@TrollsMBball) these past two years. We took over a program that averaged less than 5 NAIA wins over the last 10+ years and had won 1 NAIA win in the previous year. Despite learning that Trinity was closing our team continued to CLIMB.

• 17-13 on the year (all NAIA wins)
• 13-7 in CCAC play (4th place finish)
• Most wins & first postseason win in 15+ years
• Finished top 15 in the country in multiple offensive categories

Wins only tell part of the story. We’ve had 11 All-Academic members and this past fall a cumulative team GPA above a 3.5. Our guys loved and cared for one another. This team brought together alumni and fans during unprecedented times. Collectively we wanted to give our best as we wrote the #finalchapTer of Trinity Hoops. We did that.

With much gratitude, I’m excited to see what the Lord has next for our players, staff, and my family (our 5th starter set to arrive in July). #CLIMB
