Gotta brag about my daughter. First year @Nazarene quizzing and she qualified for regionals up in Kansas City. It made it complicated with the move, but we were able to make it work where she was able to compete. And she competed by getting silver. Absolutely proud of this girl!
I left my classroom yesterday ending my third year as a teacher. While I wish I could be with my students next year, God has called us away, so I will miss all my students dearly. I enjoyed working with the rest of the high school teachers and the SPED team.
I’m not one to gloat, but I am incredibly proud to have reached this goal. I’m especially thankful for Kirith, this degree took a lot of time away from the family, and I couldn’t have done it without her constant support. Looking forward to what comes next!
Three years ago, I took a leap and started my teaching career. At the same time, I began the long process of earning my Master’s in Special Education. Yesterday, that three-year journey officially ended with graduation.
