LEO abandoned the position, which allowed the mob to flood in and destroy/breach. SWAT was ~15 ft away and not even watching at time of breach.

Jan 6 incident was an imminent threat to sheltering officials, with only 1 LEO remaining between mob and targets.

No evidence Byrd didn't give verbal command, and several protestors shouted he had a gun.
