A harsh truth that I learned from a fellow kpop fangirl before was: an artist can live comfortably for the rest of their life if they had 50 rich and loyal fans who are willing to spend money supporting them, compared to having hundreds of thousands of dedicated fans who aren’t rich. When I first heard that I was shocked and I strongly disagreed to what she said, but later on I realized that what she said was true. A harsh reality.
