@AmazonHelp Nope, but after that 30 days, there was a recall. And the vendor is not providing a replacement in a reasonable timeframe, so people are being left without monitors for their small children. Or out hundreds of dollars. This is an exceptional circumstance.

@AmazonHelp You’ve just denied our return. We spent $425 on a monitor through your site. It worked fine at the start, but was then recalled by @MikuCare. Now we are without a monitor and neither @amazon or @MikuCare are providing a replacement or refund.
