@AaronBaileyArt I for one have never seen the TARDIS as just a “car”, to me it’s so much more than that. It’s a place to reflect, to talk things out and where The Doctor feels most at home when he/she has no actual home to go back to, and this scene is just one of so many great examples of that

@WilliamWhoDW An important detail I think a few people missed is that Ruby does clearly say it’s hard to keep track when The Doctor asks her what current time she is. Plus Rose says a similar thing in Series 1 when she thinks she’s been gone for 12 hours when actually it’s been a year

@SafeSpaceDrWho I always thought @_richardmadden would make a good Doctor. Couldn’t say why exactly but there’s something about him and his performances that give me a lot of vibes of the character. Plus I think he did actually say once he’s a big fan of the show sooooo… 💁🏻‍♂️
