@dicefm This is still an ongoing problem that hasn't been resolved, all I get from Dice is the response "we are working it out with the venue"
That doesn't explain why I haven't been refunded for my 4 tickets, when I received a message saying it was on the way! Please respond to my email

@AmericanAir can anyone explain why my flight has been cancelled 7 hours before it’s departure. Granted I’m booked onto another one, but I now have a stop over and travel time has more than doubled. Incredibly frustrating. New Orleans to Miami - AA2701 - original flight.
