This is an absolute disaster of a service.

Express delivery booked on 9th Nov. Promised by 12th Nov.
It’s 17th Nov and there has been ZERO movement, ZERO update, ZERO accountability.

And your customer care? Completely worthless.
They just repeat the same useless tracking info I already see on the app.
No answers. No escalation. No solution.

Why even pretend to offer support if you can’t track a package or give a real update?
