Started asking "what does this data actually need?" instead of "what can I build with it?"
Turns out most datasets are screaming for simplicity. Not more complexity.

Mhenn, I stopped presenting insights and started presenting decisions.
Nobody cares about what I found. They care about what they should do next.
The shift changed everything. Now I don't report like a machine anymore π

When someone asks for a data request, ask this:
"What decision will this inform?"
If they can't answer, you just saved hours. If they can, you just defined success before touching a single row.
That's the difference between busy and effective.
Data doesn't make decisions. People do.
The gap between insight and action is where most analysis dies. Close that gap, and you're not just an analyst...you're a strategist.

"Prove it" is the wrong mindset.
Data isn't about proof.
It's about probability, perspective, and patterns.
Certainty is the enemy of good analysis.
