@Expedia @ExpediaGroup Who do I contact about disruption of travel plans caused by what looks like a system error ; causing me to lose benefits from my original flight. Customer service did not resolve the situation to my satisfaction even after 4hrs communicating via chat.

@transaviaFR Worse experience ever. This airline sent a cancellation email at 1am for a 6am flight. Got to the airport and the customer service agents are very relaxed and uncaring. Not able to get a later flight for the same day or through another airline. DO NOT FLY WITH THEM
