@BruvRoy21806@HughJazzole I saw another tweet that was like “much like their Eiffel tower and canals, the vgk siren is a cheap imitation of the original”
@BruvRoy21806@HughJazzole If they were going for max cringe via Temu’s finest they nailed it. Ughh don’t even get me started on them stealing a storm warning siren… WHY
@BruvRoy21806@HughJazzole Maybe it’s because I make costumes/props for a living but I was dying that VEGAS, a city that prides itself on going all out and showmanship… got a damn scarlet witch Halloween costume from China 😂
very ironic that the year we change our playoff tag to #soundthesiren we end up facing the team that stole our fucking siren bit in the stanley cup final
Stand up for survivors. Believe survivors. Do nothing to support their abusers and those who protect them.
Brett Howden heard her weeping. He lied under oath. He did nothing to stop the assault. He deserves nothing but reminders of his reprehensible actions.
vegas fans bringing up cal foote is so weird because you are acknowledging that it’s wrong to have signed any of these men but instead of calling out your own team as well you’re using it as a gotcha to make yourselves feel better about defending and cheering for a rapist…
I’m not too worried. Canes didn’t play their best at all and only lost by 1. Couldn’t clear the puck out of their zone, powerplay continues to suck, and not the best night for Freddy. And it was still close. They beat themselves, mostly with shitty clear attempts. #soundthesiren
Between signing Hart, allowing no questions about it, preventing Bruce Cassidy from coaching, and whatever nonsense is coming out of Mitch Marner’s mouth…Vegas is the most unlikable team in a Cup Final since?
Lot more awful storylines than good ones.
In September, the Carolina Hurricanes were exploring the possibility of signing Michael McLeod (and were rumoured to be interested in Carter Hart as well).
Fans spoke out, media asked questions, and players and coaches responded honestly, admitting they understood the gravity of what signing one of those players would mean.
Ultimately, they did not offer McLeod a contract.
The Vegas Golden Knights did basically the exact opposite of this on all fronts.
