@parcelforce And to top it off there was even a note on the door specifically for parcel force incase i wasn't in (which i was) 100 percent went to the wrong address. Royal mail did the same thing last week.

@parcelforce delivering til 7 but won't re deliver on the day even though an attempt wasn't made the first time. Paid customs early out of loyalty and cause the parcels important. Shame the company can't be as loyal to it's customers.

@parcelforce fuming! Payed a customs charge before receiving slip to get an important parcel as early as I could. Waited in all day to be told no one's in and a slip has been left when it hasn't.. no one came to this address for certain.
