Thank you! We managed to raise a staggering £3,000 for three great causes when we hosted our 24 hour cricket event on Dec 10.

We never imagined we’d hit such a figure, and due to our hard work by the committee, our members and all that supported us we made this happen.

Tonight, we’ve had a visit from the @OddBallsFDN to break the stigma of talking and checking for signs of Testicular Cancer. Majorly important with the news of Firefighters being at a higher risk of developing Cancer in our lifetime.

Next month we are hosting a 24 hour cricket charity event which is going to be open to anyone, not just SUCC members.

All proceeds will be going to three charities which are at the heart of our members.

And just like, outdoor varsity is over. We didn’t get the results we ultimately wanted. But none the less, the lads put on a great display.

Many notable performances all round from Rammers, Warney, Muggers, Cells and Murphy.
