@ElizabethJay97 @TicketmasterCS I had to delete history, cache and cookies. Do this for full history. Then go back onto ticketmaster, cancel transfer and tickets should then be back to you. I am not going to risk trying transfer again but I least now have access back to tickets.

@TicketmasterUK @TicketmasterCS Received email saying use had managed to cancel a transfer due to recipient unable to accept and I was unable to successfully cancel. This is still saying transfer pending. Unable to access tickets. Help?? Gig is tonight.
