I tried following a path that gets you to a point where you can send a message to them and the only place I can get any type of contact is when I click "help with paid features" - not sure if you have that option. Possibly SOL without a check.

I said it feels odd paying for a check if I'm invisible. If I were you Id say you were considering buying a check but won't because of this. They will remove it.

I believe only a very limited number of people see us. I emailed support to see if mine can be rectified.

Just saying there could be things bouncing back and forth on you account.
