🇬🇧Attempted beheading in north Belfast leaves man in serious condition.

A Sudanese man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after stabbing a man in his 40s with a kitchen knife Monday night.

The victim suffered significant injuries to his eyes, face, and back.

Graphic video circulating online shows the suspect stabbing the victim repeatedly before bystanders intervened with a hurling stick and other means to stop the attack.

PSNI Assistant Chief Constable Ryan Henderson described the incident as “brutal” and urged people to keep any protests peaceful.

Her name was Nyomi Summers.

She was 8 years old.

She was riding her bike when a man previously arrested 5 times and was out on bond, gunned his engine, and smashed into Nyomi with his car.

They let him out on a $1,000 bond, then another $20,000 bond.

He is still out today.

If he was kept in jail, Nyomi would be alive today.
