Hello: @TwitchSupport, @Twitch - I have been issued a wrongful DMCA claim by @TrialMacameau over content they do not own on my Twitch streams.

I've censored their personal information.
The Twitch user in question: claimed that I used content in their clips - however they have no clips on their channel.

They attempted to claim I used Helldivers 2 clips during a Helldivers 2 stream, however, they do not stream Helldivers 2.

They were also banned from my Twitch channel and Twich channel chat in 2024 and I do not allow banned users to view my vods or live streams per setting.
He was using an alternate account to view my streams and issue false DMCA claims against my content.

I have already submitted a counter-notification in regards to this information which details these facts as well.

So, recently - Flip and Silvy's alt: @/TrialMacameau tried to steal my live streams that were created on Twitch and uploaded to my Youtube, unlisted. They first tried to post my streams on twitter to harass me, plagiarize and steal my content without my consent or permission - and to harass me for it despite the alt account itself being banned from my Twitch live streams in March, 2025.
In accordance to Twitch's trust and Safety - not only are they breaking the rules in using an alt account to view a stream they are banned from - but they are not allowed to record my live streams without my consent or permission and redistribute my content that I own, created, etc. without my consent no matter the excuse.

They additionally tried to remove my copyright from the video so that they could attack my audio - forgetting that my audio and attempting to remove or cover up my copyright - is a copyright violating in and of itself, still. In fact, it proves plagiarization and theft.
When the alt account got in trouble and suspended on twitter for harassing me - they then tried to false DMCA my own Twitch stream that was unlisted on my YT down.
Yes, I am not even joking - they tried to false DMCA my own Twitch stream on my Youtube with the logic that they are allowed to file a false DMCA takedown because they lost the theft of my content itself.

This shows the following:

1: Flip and his crowd WILL steal my content and others and post it as their own content.

2: If you defend your content, they will doxx, harass you, and then try to DMCA your own content as if they own it when they do not.

3: They will use alts to stalk you and your content to harass you and attempt to harass you even if they've been banned from your community, interacting with you, and even viewing the stream.

I am glad that Youtube returned my content to me.
Please be aware that if these people attempt to steal your content, monetized content, or any form of media and then upload it to attack you or use it without your consent or permission - no, that does not ever fall under fair use.

Fair use has a very specific set of laws that it must fall under. Protect your content. Put your labels on it. Ensure that if they try to hide your copyright, use your copyrighted works without permission - you protect it.
And if they try to steal your own content from you - follow through, seek legal counsel, and contact your local courts to press charges and seek a protective order against these types.
Especially if they're nothing but copyright trolls who can't even respond to counter claims and are doing so in a malicious way to attempt to harass your channel with false DMCA claims in an attempt to suspend you, harass you, or doxx you.

1: You show you were recording and watching my live stream on your phone. (Nice alt!)

2: You are backpedalling from a stream that was once again, made about 2 days ago. So, pre-meditated (planned) and took you, what?

3: Last I checked, Flip - you've literally been going around on discord impersonating me - and nothing in your "DMs" shows anything at all in context to your accusations.

4: Before I submit a 4th DMCA takedown for the illegal use of my Twitch content that you have not only obtained illegally, but have done so despite being banned from my channel, and then presented as fake "evidence" to cover up your mistakes with Ryon and Grim - my man - even Calon, someone whom you claimed is me - is in that discussion.

What are you so afraid of? That people will learn the real truth about what you've done?

And, as for you being mad about the fact you were called out for the use of AI:
I quoted exactly what the CCB told you for how you failed multiple attempts to send fake filings at me where you were told, explicitly by the CCB that you had no legal ownership.

Your website, per your own admission, hosts my Twitch streams and Twitter, as well as my art you have stolen illegally.
The same art you stole and tried to send to my artists that I do credit in full on fiverr to stalk and harass me and them that got you banned in the first place.

You can claim your "artists" are credited on discord, we both know that's not true and that's not at all how it works.
When an artist, not you, as you don't make any actual art - creates a piece, their name and credit is attached the art, not you, theirs - at all times!
Presenting that art as your own when it is not, and not giving proper credit is wrong, and is considered plagiarism!

If you, a guy with a network of alt accounts, runs alts to stalk my streams, pretends you're at a convention, and then acts like you "didn't want to make a video" for something you are afraid of being known you did with others to harass me - but, was actively watching and recording my streams on your phone during your "supposed" trip and then tries to make a video with said public vod and stream - to cover up mistakes you made and hide what I said to expose you that day - in full with my Vtuber, and my audio - without my consent, when you are banned from my Twitch Partner Channel and do not have the right to distribute, record, or even view said content under any legal pretense due to your platform ban - then all you have done is show you are continuing to panic, run scared, and are afraid that the truth of what you've done to me will once again get out, and you're desperate to restart fake drama.

That's why you have so many alts, channels, etc. to begin with. And I already found one of the Twitch alts you were using too!
In fact, this proves that what Calon and I saw the other day of you attempting to hate raid me is exactly what you were doing too.

So before you backpedal and run scared again, please do consider the reality that you continue to prove you are guilty of what you attempt to falsely accuse me of.

Hey moron - nobody cares that I have alts because I actively show people every single account I've ever made. Also, regarding my little novella - it being self-published is literally by design. Also, despite what falter claimed in his last rant video, it DOES have a physical version LMAO

This is really funny because it's always a shift of the goalpost. I say "hey, you should publish something if you're oh-so-smart" and the response is "well you're self-published" (while also not understanding the process that goes into publishing on amazon, as you actually do get an official book # that's registered among other things. But hey, what do I know, I've only actually gone through the process.) The - point - was to be self-published. This also lets me make edits to the work as need be later down the line far easier.
