Today, I am finally able to share the update so many of you have been waiting for: the first truck funded through our Northern Convoy fundraiser is officially leaving #Sweden for #Ukraine.
Unfortunately, this fundraiser did not go as planned. There were many unexpected challenges, and I was left to handle the logistics, planning, and difficult decisions on my own while working from an active war zone. Above all, keeping my word to our donors remained my priority, so I chose not to make another update until everything was confirmed and the aid was officially moving.
I am very happy to announce that today, through the incredible charity Operation Change, you have funded a semi-truck filled with hospital supplies, humanitarian aid, and animal food for civilians on the Eastern Front, where we are currently defending.
A huge thank you to everyone who supported this fundraiser, to @SpiritUkraine1 , and to Operation Change for helping Ukrainians when they need it most.
I will share an update on the second truck as soon as I have one.
With deep gratitude,
April
A Russian woman is going viral posting anti-Putin rants, today saying that the money they spend on war for a single day could fix the teeth of every pensioner in Russia, and that she doesn't need Ukraine and isn't giving her son's to "Putin's ass" just to come home in a bodybag.
The woman then wishes the people of Ukraine "good health".
The victory of the opposition in Hungary yesterday, like the Polish election in 2023, is a victory for democracy, not just in Europe but around the world. Most of all, it’s a testament to the resilience and determination of the Hungarian people – and a reminder to all of us to keep striving for fairness, equality and the rule of law.
Today marks the 148th birthday of Mykola Leontovych, a famous Ukrainian composer.
His iconic tune, Shchedryk (aka Carol of the Bells), is a symbol of Ukraine’s culture.
Listen to its captivating performance by Cultural Forces.
Even amidst ruins, it exuberates life and hope❤
A Ukrainian strike wiped out a Russian artillery position. One Russian serviceman on comms admitted: “The gun’s gone, everything burned. The dugout’s gone, the whole forest too. Fire crews came but it was too late.”

The appointment of Robert Brovdi, known by his call sign "Madyar," as head of the Unmanned Systems Forces of Ukraine has already yielded noticeable results, according to Russian military bloggers. They report that Ukrainian drone strikes are now primarily aimed at eliminating

"Our baby is eating with appetite again," his father wrote on social media.
"He always asks about his mother, he misses her very much... I told him the truth," the father tells BBC Ukraine.

I want people to talk about our region. I want people around the world to see what is happening right now in our city and region!
Kherson is Ukraine. We prove it every day with our actions, support for the military, and fight for life!
Every day, civilians die from enemy shelling.
Speak about Kherson region as loudly as it screamed during the occupation that Kherson is Ukraine!"

BREAKING:
Ukraine releases pictures showing how they smuggled into the drones that destroyed large parts of Russia’s Strategic Air Force today.
They smuggled FPV drones into Russia. They later in hid the drones in wooden compartments of modified cargo trucks. They hired unknowing Russian drivers to drive the trucks past Russian air bases. The roofs of the cargo trucks were remotely opened and drones took off to strike Russia’s long-range bombers.
All the Ukrainians involved in the operation returned to Ukraine before the attack, which was executed remotely.
Head of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasyl Maliuk delivered a report regarding today’s operation. An absolutely brilliant result. A result achieved solely by Ukraine. One year, six months, and nine days from the start of planning to effective execution. Our most long-range operation. Our people involved in preparing the operation were withdrawn from Russian territory in time. I thanked General Maliuk for this success of Ukraine. I instructed the Security Service of Ukraine to inform the public about the details and results of the operation that can be disclosed. Of course, not everything can be revealed at this moment, but these are Ukrainian actions that will undoubtedly be in history books. Ukraine is defending itself, and rightly so – we are doing everything to make Russia feel the need to end this war. Russia started this war, Russia must end it. Glory to Ukraine!
