@Barclaycard I have DM’d you. I have complained for the past 6months and your call centre just told me today there is nothing they can do and I must simply deal with a debt collection company when they turn up…all because “Mr MS Syed” is fraudulently using my address!

Extremely frustrated @Barclaycard! I do not have an account or credit card, but someone has fraudulently registered a credit card under my address and ran up debt on it, received a letter today to say it’s in the hands of a debt collector. I’ve complained for 6+months! 😤#fraud
