@CityPowerJhb Why during the course of the day?? Why not now? People need to work and every time this happens it takes you 4 hours to start the investigation and then it's only resolved after 12 hours. How is anyone supposed to earn a living like this when it's happening every second day.

@CityPowerJhb Constant incompetence. No long term solution, just short term fixes. Wish I could be terrible at my job and still get paid, you guys are in the perfect industry.

@DavidWard126 Why is this a constant issue with no improvements? Business and overall mental health is being impacted on a weekly occurrence. Surely you or someone who represents us should be someone trying to push for this to get a permanent fix and not constant temporary bandaids.
