@TonyMHodge @wvhousedem We are far too quick to ban what we don't like or fully understand. I’m unsure if RCV could be a better system or not, but a bill allowing it locally with SOS oversight would have let us test its merits for the state, rather than just outlawing it.

Congratulations to my brother, Coach Jamie Clendenin and his GW Middle bball team on their win vs Poca last night. GW is the smallest MS in Putnam Co and are now 4-0 against county opponents this year with wins against Hurricane, Winfield and Poca (twice) this year. #EleanorWV

@kaylayoungforwv @joannamrod @JimJustice_WV @wvgovernor I agree. The Tomblin admin created the @wvgovernor account in 2012, so it wasn’t even Jim’s to take. Justice took office and was able to reach the 17,000 followers of that account on day 1. It’s now at 86k and would have been a great tool for Morriesy and all future Govs to use.
