The Anti Game Model Manifesto
Unclear game models have affected how we coach and educate footballers. We must change how we approach long term player development for the greater good of the sport.
My manifesto outlines what needs to change.

@callmecomunardo@JOGOFUNCIONAL1 Are you sure about that? I don't remember needing a degree to do my UEFA C in 2022 with the Scottish FA. And, I went on as a Canadian citizen.
I wrote about cell phone addiction in sporting environments.
I'm enjoying writing again. It's mostly for myself these days, but I thought I would share my thoughts with you all, again.

Yesterday I was fortunate enough to spend time with Azam FC at their immaculate training facilities here in Dar es Salaam,Tanzania.
These training facilities were, by far and away, the best I've seen in Dar, after visiting many Tanzanian Premier League training environments.
It was a privilege to spend my time here.
My first thought after leaving:
What can Juventus Academy Tanzania do next to reach another level closer to the professional display I saw?
USMNT think they're getting somewhere with their private coaching industry, gatekept access to football and nepo babies former pros' offspring who stink the place out.
Finally settled in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania!
Very excited to share that I've moved from Canada to work with Juventus Academy Tanzania 🇹🇿.
Happy to be back in east Africa, and looking forward to what the future brings ⚽️
My session sheet is folded in 4.
Vertically first, then again.
That gives you a quarter of A4 with one drill on each
I will have it to have every line-up for every game/drill.
The level of professionalism it gives out is phenomenal.
Players care about being named.
