What a small nation can achieve with a forward thinking Governing Body. No wonder they beat England. @christhomasiom @ManxFootyBlog #football https://t.co/pEzCAHlpg5
You'll read a lot of column inches about Iceland next year so it's a good time to get the full skinny on an emerging football nation. New on IBWM from Marc Boal; Forward thinking in the land of fire and ice: The inside story of Iceland's advance. https://t.co/LaossxNKlp
You appear to be inferring that or we have obviously misunderstood your tweet and obviously would be delighted if a negative decision for Jersey didn't influence an application from the IOM to join UEFA however this certainly will be the case if it's left to the IOMFA https://t.co/SB1DuMVw54
Without the full knowledge of the Jersey bid and work that they have done with the current 55 members to gain support you surely can't be saying if they fail the IOM should forget it!! We believe that on many fronts a bid from the IOM for membership would exceed that of Jersey. https://t.co/aYeONwCNBs
@Campaign55I Let’s see what happens with Jersey’s bid. Jersey’s bid is made by its FA with support of Government. Why would our Island be successful if Jersey’s application is not?
From day one we said Jersey would not be accepted on their first application and would end up with a legal decision at CAS but if that decision is positive UEFA will again change their membership rules to close that loophole diminishing the Islands opportunity massively. https://t.co/aYeONwCNBs

As stated Gibraltar weren't successful the first time they applied. It is all up to how far you are willing to take it in relation to the legal route and CAS. Both Gibraltar and Kosovo managed to join why not the IOM. We have no idea of the strength of the Jersey application. https://t.co/aYeONwCNBs

We think a negative decision will be used to scupper any chance of the IOM ever applying to join UEFA. This in our opinion one of the biggest opportunities for the Isle of Man in the National Interest that has been ignored and Government should have taken the lead. https://t.co/kv0NGkQcZT
Football: More doubt cast on Jersey's Uefa hopes https://t.co/5Y70n31f4R If Jersey’s bid to enter UEFA is not in UEFA’s interest does that not mean that joining UEFA would be in Jersey’s interest?
No different to what happened to Gibraltar at their first vote, 3 for and 51 against. The question is will Jersey take the decision to CAS as Gibraltar did? https://t.co/Uh5L5SBGC5
President of Jersey's FA says chances of the Channel Island getting the votes it needs to secure Uefa membership are 'minimal.'

You won't if you continue to ignore gilt edged opportunities and being afraid of change. 14 years people on this Island have said join UEFA but you have ignored it and believed the rhetoric of a few. Join before it's too late. #Football#Youth#NationalIdentity#Economy https://t.co/YBIFGrp9pz
We will create an Island of enterprise and opportunity. We have a strong and diverse economy which we will grow, alongside encouraging a skilled workforce to relocate to the #IOM. We can do that while ensuring we meet our EU and international commitments https://t.co/bTJlOJoBT6 https://t.co/MF0uEf4zpW
@christhomasiom thanks for the RT of the UEFA financial statements. You have always been clear that any application to join UEFA has to be led by the IOMFA and correctly so but when does something in the National interest take precedence and Government get involved?
Some light reading for you. Latest accounts from UEFA demonstrating what would be available for Manx Football if a successful membership application was made. @ManxFootyBlog https://t.co/QWa3s6fTNp
@timglovermrash worth a read. This must be in the National Interest. PS Haven't bothered you for a while so let us off with one tweet https://t.co/QWa3s6fTNp
Congratulations to @FCBATE on winning their 12th consecutive Belarusian title! They are now within two league championships of the European record. 🇧🇾🏆🎉 #UEL

We want to grow our economy, we want to increase our economically active population and we want to encourage a skilled workforce to relocate to the Island https://t.co/355WrHYOn6
Get the IOM into UEFA and see how much inward investment is available. If in doubt have a chat with the CM of Gibraltar €32,000,000 for a new stadium this year. https://t.co/AJwlkEV2Mi
