Football season is here, and with it comes a plethora of eating & drinking.
You can still have a blast every Saturday this fall without decimating your health.
Eat, but don't stuff yourself. Drink, but don't drown yourself. Be conscious of your habits.
Quit trying to reinvent the wheel when it comes to weight loss.
If there was some quick & easy pill or diet, everyone would look great & be in shape.
People think health can only be improved through exercise & nutrition, but they forget a few key areas:
-Sleep
-Stress Management
-Sunlight
Instead of hyper-fixating on just exercise or just your diet, it’s better to approach your health with a well-rounded game plan.
With hurricane season on fast approach, you're going to experience more grey & rainy days.
Want to ensure your mood doesn't nosedive?
1. Get outside & take advantage of when it's sunny out.
2. On days without sun exposure, supplement with vitamin D.
Take care of yourself.
In my 10 years of fitness coaching, I’ve seen too many people counteract their hard work during the week with laziness during the weekend.
This weekend, make sure you:
-Get outside & get sunlight
-Deliberately move
-Eat whole foods
On Monday, you’ll thank yourself.
@ItsKieranDrew Lesson: instead of getting 23 actual staples in the back of your neck, just get a tattoo that looks like 23 staples & save yourself some pain!
You're probably not going to want to hear this...
There's no magic pill for weight loss / muscle gain. If there was, everyone in the world would be in incredible shape.
You have to find what works for YOU, and then consistently stick to that for an extended period of time.
I don’t know who needs to hear this, but put your phone away & get your mind ready to sleep.
Quit scrolling into the night… give yourself a good night’s sleep & set yourself up for tomorrow’s success.
