Rollins at is a great business, but at 27.6 PE, it's a 4/10 opportunity.
If it falls toward $21, about 19x earnings, it may be worth watching more closely.
For now, even at a 48% discount, it is not something we will deploy capital into.

I don’t know what will happen with AI infrastructure. That’s why I don’t bet on it.
AI might collapse, it might explode more. Too hard, I don’t understand that business well enough.
