@KaitlynAhrweile Yes, true, however, there is a sign at balls bluff battlefield referencing this memorial stating that it was to represent the soldiers of Loudoun County. And unfortunately the daughters of the confederacy had to make it all about them. Doesn’t really help the statues case though
