What happened in this GoodLife Fitness video isn’t racism — it’s a reasonable safety concern. An employee saw a visible blade-like item in a gym and acted to protect members and staff.
This is becoming a real issue in Canada. Some people create or escalate situations, then immediately cry ‘racism’ on social media with little to no grounds. It ruins innocent people’s lives, gets them fired, and forces them into debt defending themselves.
We need stronger pushback: safety and common sense should take priority over weaponized complaints. There should be real consequences for making serious accusations (like calling someone racist) without evidence — especially when it destroys jobs and reputations. This has to stop. If they want to carry their religious daggers, they should be wearing them on their person underneath their clothing so as not to frighten others in society. That is what they have been doing for years this man clearly walked in there to try to get content and frame, good life, fitness, and this poor woman as to being racist. He set it up.
