The Apple Store is great. I ordered a phone and accessories yesterday and UPS delivered them today.

When Amazon promises a delivery day but gets delayed, they should refund money back to the membership fees.

We are out the teller window and they helped the whole line. This Wells Fargo is so bad at customer service

We wasted time going to the dmv and the staff is just having private conversations amongst themselves. No customers in this Wells Fargo bank. They are so rude here

We have been waiting for assistance at Wells Fargo and they are just ignoring us

Its going to be on their conscience if he gets evicted. Any advice his helpful. The staff have no sympathy or customer service is really sad. I have to travel back home in an hour. I feel bad but there is nothing I can do

They sent a back to the dmv for a paper that says his expiration for his id. The dmv says there is no expiration for ids. Its crazy how the dmv accepts his expired id and not the bank

It’s hard when they get old.
They have memory loss and he doesn’t have a car. So he let his id and everything else expire. He has his debt card, paper from dmv and account numbers, his expired id, proof is address and still no help from Wells Fargo

Wells Fargo has terrible customer service. He can’t pay his phone bill or rent. They are so difficult. He is a senior and they are treated him this way

At Wells Fargo to help my dad with his account. His id is expired and he doesn’t know his debit card PIN number. They are not helping. He has no access to his money to pay rent etc w the dmv renewed his id but it’s not gonna be mailed until 60 days

A plane just flew over my place, super loud, planes don’t usually fly over unless it’s military, guess they must be sending in the reserves #westcoast
