How I woke up to more joy and vitality than I've ever had (even though I doubted it would ever happen)...
Here are 10 principles that got me there:
1. Life Flows in Cycles. Embrace the Ebbs and Flows.
Health isn’t a straight line. As humans we tend to overestimate what we can accomplish in the short term and underestimate what we can accomplish in the long term. I used that fact to my advantage to accept the moments I felt impatient and to recognize the true progress I had made.
2. Perspective Defines Reality.
How you see your health journey shapes your experience. It was when I shifted my perspective from lack and scarcity - a fear mindset - that the opportunities for growth and healing presented themselves.
3. Shift Your Energy, Transform Your Life.
Your energy levels directly impact your health. When I began to consciously focus on what elevates my energy - and do more of that - my life transformed.
4. Life Thrives on Exchange. Give Generously, Receive Gratefully.
Health is a dynamic exchange. When I give my body the nourishment it needs, it rewards me with vitality. That nourishment comes from clean foods, but also sunshine, high quality sleep, presence, etc.
5. True Inspiration Comes from Within. Follow Your Inner Spark.
Your best health advice often comes from within. I am the expert of my own body. When I listen to my inner wisdom and follow what feels right for me things just go better.
6. Life Vibrates. Align with the Frequencies That Uplift You.
Everything in life has a frequency. When I surround myself with people, environments, and practices that resonate with positive, uplifting energy, I feel better.
7. Inside Mirrors Outside. Change Begins Within.
Your outer health reflects your inner state. The biggest lever I pulled in terms of my health was going inward, doing the deep work. When I focused on cleaning my inner world, my outer world followed without me having to put much effort into it.
8. Every Action Triggers a Reaction. Act with Intention.
Every choice you make impacts your health. Now, I don’t claim to do this all the time, but when I do consciously act with intention - cast my intention - it creates positive ripple effects.
9. Release Resentment. Find Healing in Forgiveness.
Holding onto negative emotions can harm your health. Practising forgiveness and letting go of resentment have been the best ways to prevent myself from accumulating more baggage.
10. Trust Your Inner Compass. Intuition Guides the Way.
Your intuition is the most powerful guide. Again, I don’t claim to do this 100% of the time, but I know that when I trust my intuition, it invariably leads me to the next right step.
These principles are simple but require thoughtful action. Each one demands a decision.
Who am I serving?
What does my health journey, my life stand for?
Why am I doing this?
Most people get stuck in indecision, not realizing that action trumps perfection every time.
Progress over perfection.
Follow even half of these principles, and you’ll see a significant improvement in your health and well-being.
May it awaken in us the same devotion —
not to war, but to love;
not to victory, but to truth.
As we bow our heads in silence,
may we feel the pulse of the One Life we all share.
And may that remembrance guide our every step
from this day forward.
Amen
A Prayer for Remembrance
Today we remember.
Not only the lives once given in service,
but the Life that lives within us still.
We remember those who walked before us —
their courage, their sacrifice,
their longing for peace.
And in their memory,
we choose to live as peace itself.
We remember who we are.
Not separate, not divided,
but one breath moving through many forms.
May this remembrance soften the hardness of our hearts.
May it restore our vision to what is real.

The Illusion Matrix: How Reality Has Been Programmed
Politics lives inside us.
Leadership without cruelty.
Equality with discernment.
Freedom joined to care.
When these distort, chaos follows.
When they balance, something steady rises.
Real healing doesn’t come from winning the argument.
It comes from steady people who can hold a space
where grief, reason, and repair stand side by side.
That’s the seed of a wiser politics.
When the world shakes, we face a choice:
be used by the moment,
or use the moment to grow.
3 questions to hold onto:
• Am I leading myself?
• Am I honouring equal worth?
• Am I practicing freedom with care?
Letting go isn’t giving up. It’s loosening the grip on the parts of you that want to force life into a shape. Most of what you want can’t be grabbed. It’s given, freely, when you’re ready to receive it.
