My land was registered in February 2025, yet my mutation application has been rejected twice by the Circle Office.

@DcDhanbad @HemantSorenJMM If citizens are required to pay 7.5% of the registration value as stamp duty and registration charges, shouldn't the Sub-Registrar's Office obtain the necessary NOC/verification from the Circle Office before accepting the registration and collecting such hefty fees?

GST Portal is not Working Properly Since Today Morning, Users are Facing Following Issue
➡️Difficulty in Login on Portal
➡️Captcha is not Loading
➡️Again and Again Logout From Portal
➡️Problem in saving GSTR-3B
➡️Payment and Proceed to file are working only after 6-7 attempts

Kindly solve this problems as soon as possible.

@cbic_india As users are unable to file GSTR-3B , Kindly Extend the due date. Why taxpayers suffers the inability of tech company. @nsitharamanoffc @nsitharaman @FinMinIndia

GST Portal का नया खेल 🎭

इस महीने से portal ने quietly वो सुविधा हटा दी है जिसमें SGST को IGST के against adjust किया जा सकता था — वो भी बिना CGST पूरी तरह use किए। ये सुविधा सिर्फ February के लिए दी गई थी… और अब बिना किसी सूचना के गायब! 😳

और असली ��टका अभी बाकी है 👇

👉 30 जनवरी की advisory को चुपचाप बदल दिया गया
पहले उसमें 4 points थे, अब सिर्फ 3 रह गए हैं
सबसे अहम — cross-utilisation वाला point ही हटा दिया गया!

Link वही, date वही… लेकिन content बदल दिया गया 🤐

लेकिन असली समस्या ये है 👇

Portal का खुद का stand ही clear नहीं है:

पहले कहा: Jan 3B से लागू होगा
फिर कहा: Feb 3B से लागू होगा
अब: advisory ही silently modify कर दी 😐

👉 अब बड़ा सवाल — जिन taxpayers ने February में portal के अनुसार filing की, उनका क्या होगा?

कानून बदलना उतना खतरनाक नहीं,
जितना बिना बताए नियम बदल देना।

My land was registered on 21/02/2025. I applied for mutation online, but it was rejected without any opportunity of being heard.

Kindly intervene and ensure fair hearing.

@AbhasHalakhandi why didn't you people write to take strict disciplinary measures against INFOSYS.......even after 4-5 years of handing Incometax website, all ITR forms were updated in August and September...... playground should be equal for all
