At 1st reading on Feb 9 2021 TSMV suggested that CW zoning was a decades-old accident.

It’s not.

It was a deliberate decision by council in 1998 when a need to reclaim Thunderstone Quarry for wildlife was recognized. Hence the rezoning from resource extraction ➡️conservation
