Southern Slowdown was in full effect yesterday as we saturated the streets of Cape Coral with a high-visibility traffic enforcement operation alongside Florida Highway Patrol and LCSO Aviation.

🚨MISSING/ENDANGERED ELDERLY ADULT – Community Assistance Requested🚨

The Cape Coral Police Department is seeking the public’s help to locate missing/endangered elderly resident Lloyd Sylvester Bishop. Lloyd is a male, approximately 5’10” tall, about 180 lbs, with gray balding hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen around 2:00 p.m. on July 10th leaving the area of the 1800 block of SE 12th Terrace in Cape Coral.

He was last seen wearing a short-sleeve black t‑shirt, tan sweatpants, a black fisherman hat, brown Sperry shoes, and a neon yellow helmet. Lloyd left the residence on a dark gray Aventon e‑bike with a basket (similar to the bike shown, but not the actual one).
