A brilliant blue handle fragment which possibly originated from this beautiful 1880’s Atterbury glass.
Made outside of Pittsburgh but recovered 1,000 miles away, brought to C.B. by a family in search of a better future as our coal mining & steel industries took off!🩵

~ Another awesome find from yesterday’s hunt on Inverness beach, although for this one I needed help from a blacklight to showcase the beautiful Uranium Sea Glass glow!💚

~ One of the nicest patina’s I’ve ever come across on sea-worn cutlery! 🩵
(However Mr. Spoon doesn’t seem to be as impressed as I am! ☹️💯🤣)

Take a look at this amazing match!
In 2019 I recovered a beautiful shard of Amber that I matched to an old Ashtray by Anchor Hocking.🧡
Now 2024 & I found a second shard bearing an identical pattern but of a very different, but equally beautiful shade of Kelly Green!💚

A nice well aged triangle which originated from an old “floor model” television!
Finding these shards is a great indication you’re close to a rubbish tip where it was acceptable to discard unwanted items!
A wonderful reward for spending a few rainy hours out on the shorelines!
