Back at it again, today I specifically worked on approaching down at the ball to create backspin and having my swing be in one motion!🥎💪💣⚡️@KeithAldrich12 @cmiconsalvi @RITG_14u @thunderjam134 @jcoupal @BobRossiRITG @ExtraInningSB @SBRRetweets @IHartFastpitch @TopPreps

Focused on being prepared to barrel fastballs or changeups! Today I used a variety of heavy balls, tennis balls, etc. to work on adjustments! 🥎💪@KeithAldrich12 @cmiconsalvi @IHartFastpitch @CoastRecruits @TopPreps @SBRRetweets @ExtraInningSB @RITG_14u
