internal validation does NOT require following anyone on social media because follower counts or the approval ❤️of others is NOT required to be effective.
@GlobalBC Perhaps people just need to contain themselves of their sexual desire to be intimate with others to prevent themselves from being emotionally/physically harmed -problem solved. Sex is not a be all end all. There are safer ways to have fun without being intimate.

@str8ahed@CTVVancouver I’m totally against the rainbow on the sidewalks. Sadly the people who are responsible for starting that always seem to have their ways.
Going against others' beliefs is a natural part of critical thinking and individuality.
I don’t live up to others’ beliefs because; it’s not my responsibility to live up to others’ beliefs as they do not define my reality, my worth, or my authentic path.
@kevmart1979@CTVVancouver There’s nothing wrong with going against others’ beliefs but vandalizing the representation that applies to others’ beliefs is not the way to go about it.
@AllAbIntroverts The rain doesn’t stop me from going outside. I go outside to embrace life.
Embracing life is actively participating in my existence rather than merely observing it.
@CTVVancouver I do hope Carolina Hurricanes wins the #StanleyCup since it’s been 20 years they won it.
For Vegas, it’s only been 3 years since they won the #StanleyCup
I’m rooting for the team to win that that has had a longer drought. Go Canes!!!
@ray_n0ff@AllAbIntroverts I avoid having interactions with acquaintances. When I do confront with them, I always give the same answer: “what’s it to you, my life should not be yours or anyone’s concern, you do you and mind your own life.”
@ray_n0ff@AllAbIntroverts My experiences with seeing acquaintances is that they always ask questions relating to societal expectations. They automatically assume one should be living according to society’s ways when it is not one’s responsibility to live up anyone’s ways.
No matter what lifetyle one chooses, it's not others' business to tell one otherwise. One’s lifestyle choices are entirely ones own and has the right to live authentically without unsolicited opinions or judgment from others.
@AllAbIntroverts Whether one is an introvert or extrovert, who answers their calls nowadays when there is voicemail that was established as one’s personal assistant.
I haven’t answered calls since voicemails were established.
@AllAbIntroverts I get more tired being with others than being alone. Being alone is more liberating than being with others. Being alone eliminates compromises and external obligations.
@AllAbIntroverts Embracing awkwardness is incredibly liberating and a true form of authenticity. It stops filtering yourself to fit arbitrary societal scripts and gives yourself permission to exist genuinely.
Holy crap. Vegas surely goes out when it comes to the #StanleyCupFinal playoffs
Nevertheless I’m rooting for Canes to win because they’ve waited longer than Vegas as far as winning the #StanleyCup again.
