@lufthansa I was able to get in contact with somebody. However we go back and forth with the result being that my claim was denied due to the delay of the flight was known by me in advance. The flight was not delayed in advance and I have proof of that fact. How can I escalate this?

@lufthansa my Lufthansa flight was delayed and resulted in me missing my connecting flight. I needed to spend the night in a hotel and I need my expenses reimbursed. I attempted to fill out the expense and compensation form on the website and I get this error message every time.

@lufthansa The file type and size of my documents are fine. The problem is with submitting the application, not uploading the documents.

I tried combining all receipts into a single document and now I am getting an error message warning the file is too large to be uploaded.
