@cibeesh A factual inaccuracy in your article, the vessel is not a MR tanker of 45k DWT, but is a Suezmax Tanker of 159k DWT. Secondly, she is built in 2004 not 2018

@rajeevjassal If the powers that be really wanted there is a simple solution, ensure mandatory garbage disposal for free at all ports – issue a regulation which mandates ports to comply with this. But then again it’s easier to put regulations on seafarers…

@NewsTanksind Sadly not restricted to female seafarers. Everyone’s thinks they are content creator / influencer’s these days.. Access to starlink / cheap Internet has brought out the worst in our seafarers. From stuff like this to idiots sitting on bridge with feet up on radars!!
