@AxisBank sack your illiterate staff. For NRI accounts of Mariners, you need C1D visa “or” CDC. CDC is provided yet they are asking for C1D visa also, which is not even mandatory in shipping.
ReKYC is stuck, account is frozen for more than 2 months.
