My household has 2 people in it. Me and my brother. Both of us work at least 40 hrs a week at jobs that pays more than 3 times the federal minimum wage and yet the only way we were able to afford our condo was because of my brothers inheritance.

My credit score is in the Very Good bracket and yet still we wouldn’t have been able to afford the down payment on our condo if it weren’t for my brothers inheritance or saving for 10 years plus. Which you folks back in the day didn’t have to do.
