Pathetic service by Jio Air Fiber team yet again. Their sales team has now visited us the 4th time and are again going through the same round of meaningless questions.

Overall, their teams have no knowledge about how the product works and how it needs to be resolved in case of an issue.

Reliance Jio Scam alert!
They miss communicated the plan details, said that it had unlimited data however, it only provides 1000gb per month. ( They are expecting us to go through @TRAI regulations for the amount of data which can be provided in a month,

The art of miscommunication and mis selling can be easily learned from the Jio Air Fiber sales team. And I have been the latest victim of their sales technique.

On top of all the above problems and miscommunication, our great network provider Jio has no refund policy. They will not give my money back even if the services are completely useless and are even not ready to switch back to my original Jiofiber plan.
